LEAGUE RACING - SPRING 2010

RACE FORMAT:
7 Week Adult Championship Series in a Grand Prix format:
14 Lap Practice Race
14 Lap Qualifier Race
25 Lap Final Race
The Final Race will feature a Grid Start, with the kart position based upon the racers' best qualifying lap time out of the two qualifying races, using the fastest time from the two qualifying races. The overall Final Race Winner is based upon their finishing position, not their best time. Each race night, the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners will be awarded. Additionally, there will be awards for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place Championship Series Winners for each weight class based upon our Racing Points system below.
Each Final Race will have an Inversion Pill Draw that will consist of a 4, 6 or 8 position inversion on the grid start to prevent the pole position from running away with the race. This will be drawn prior to the “A” Final Race being run in the pits by the pole position holder.

ENTRY FEE:
Pre-purchase 6 nights of racing for $330 and receive the 7th night FREE!
(Purchase on or before the Monday, April 26th race)
You can also purchase same day of racing for $55/night.
Drivers can participate in one week or all seven weeks.
Special! All League Racers are eligible for our New Driver Training Course at a reduced price of $50.

All Racers will be put into one of 2 Weight Classes:
- 200 lbs and below
- 201 lbs and above
RACING POINTS:
Points are determined as follows & are totaled for both Qualifiers and the Final Race
at the end of each League Race Night:

PRIZES:
Awards are given to the Top 3 Positions in each weight class for each League Race Night
and to the overall Points Leader at the end of the Championship Series.
There will also be Door Prizes given away at each race for those that attend at least 3 League Racing nights.

- Second/Third Place: Medal
Championship Series Awards:
- First Place: $150 of Driven Raceway’s ProCash and Your choice of a new Vega Full Face Mach1 Helmet (www.vegahelmets.com).
- Second Place: $100 of Driven Raceway’s ProCash.
- Third Place: $50 of Driven Raceway’s Procash.
