ROHNERT PARK & FAIRFIELD OPEN POSITIONS :

Customer Service Crew Member

   Responsibilities for this position include:

  • Greet customers and answer questions as they enter the facility in a professional manner.
  • Answer main telephone line and direct calls to the appropriate department.
  • Process customer payments with our Point of Sales system including receiving payments, managing cash drawer, operating charge machine and returning appropriate change.
  • Explain company products and services including pricing and special offers to assist customers with purchases, efficiently process customer information and respond to inquiries and complaints in a diplomatic manner.
  • Help maintain facility for a clean and safe environment.

   Skills required:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Great telephone etiquette.
  • General customer service skills.
  • Currency aptitude.
  • Professionalism when dealing with the public.
  • Prior customer service, retail or cashier experience a plus.

Café Services Crew Member

   Responsibilities for this position include:

  • Take customer food and beverage orders in a professional manner.
  • Preparation of all menu items sold.
  • Process customer payments to include receiving payments, managing cash drawer, operating charge machine and returning appropriate change.
  • Explain company products and services including pricing to assist customers with purchases and respond to inquiries and complaints in a diplomatic manner.
  • Help maintain the café and restroom area to make it a clean and safe environment for customers.

   Skills required:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • General customer service skills.
  • Currency aptitude.
  • Prior customer service, retail or cashier experience a plus.

Race Crew Track Marshal

   Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Explain track rules and regulations to all racers.
  • Marshal track areas for the safety of the customers using flags to show them the race conditions on the track.
  • Lift and carry materials and equipment throughout work areas using appropriate equipment.
  • Maintain neat and orderly work areas at all times.
  • Assist with assigned responsibilities such as operating equipment and general Kart maintenance.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures paying special attention to health and/or safety procedures.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

   Skills required:

  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, stand or walk for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to push, lift or move 50 pounds.
  • Prior racing experience is helpful.

Shift Manager

   Responsibilities for this position include, but not limited to:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the raceway, café and arcade areas ensuring all operations are consistent with our goal to provide a customer service focused environment for all of our customers.
  • Help select, evaluate and develop new crew members.
  • Foster an environment that is both employee-centric and customer-centric.
  • Focus on team development, maximizing sales, productivity and providing outstanding customer service.
  • Create reports and manage projects as needed for upper management.

   Skills required:

  • At least two years of management experience, preferably in a food or retail environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of Point of Sale systems/processes to drive sales and efficiency in crew members.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to establish focused direction and execute the workload.
  • Flexible schedule: requiring morning, evening, weekend and holiday availability.
